Mike Middleton spent the first twenty-three years of his career building a solid engineering and management foundation with HDR Engineering, Tetra Tech, Brown and Caldwell, and URS Corporation, where he served in a variety of roles from project engineer to Water and Wastewater Practice Leader. Over the past eight years, he has focused his career on conveyance system condition assessment and rehabilitation, during which time he has successfully completed several renewal projects for the City and County of Denver, CO, Denver International Airport; the City and County of Broomfield, CO; and the City of Englewood, CO.

James specializes in infiltration and inflow (I&I) abatement and hydraulic modeling. He has more than sixteen years of water and wastewater conveyance condition assessment experience. His experience includes Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys (SSES), (I&I) investigation, conveyance system infrastructure analysis and assessment, water distribution and transmission main design, collection system hydraulic modeling, CMOM assessment and wastewater master planning. Mr. Fisher is proficient with hydraulic modeling in InfoSewerPro, InfoSWMM, Hydra, InfoWorks, EPANET and XP-SWMM.

Mark is a Principal at BlueWater Solutions Group, which provides services for water, storm water and wastewater conveyance condition assessment and trenchless rehabilitation. These services include a wide range of field-based condition inspection, assessment and rehabilitation practices of pipeline conveyance infrastructure.

Throughout his forty-one years of experience in consulting engineering for various municipal and industrial pipeline systems, Mark has accumulated a broad range of experience for the improvement and management of both gravity and pressure conveyance systems. This includes planning, inspection, assessment, modeling, design and construction management services to improve operational performance and extend the long-term service life of these critical buried assets. He has performed numerous condition assessment, asset management and master planning programs throughout North America, Europe and East Asia.

Mark Wade has authored and presented more than fifty technical papers related to water and wastewater conveyance system evaluation and rehabilitation. He recently co-authored a published journal funded through the Water Environment Research Foundation (WERF)Methods for Cost-Effective Rehabilitation of Private Laterals.

Mark currently provides senior-level technology and project management oversight for several water and sewer assessment and rehabilitation projects throughout North America.
